I ordered the Deluxe Box A with grilled chicken. Its alright yet tasty. The salad looks like it has too much dressing. The garlic noodles is good. The grilled chicken is good too. Love the char flavor. The shrimp and wontons looks like store bought. The service is good but I do like how the robot goes to your table so you can pick up your meal. I forgot to record it because it is so cute.

Food was the best in Bakersfield most definitely coming again if I could leave more stars I would love the little robot too! Service is also amazing super quick and kind love the restaurant style

What a gem of a place. The food is so delicious and everything is so fresh. We came on a slow day so idk if it was why we had such a good experience because the service was fast and friendly! We ordered the spicy beef pho and the spicy wontons and they were awesome. The spice was not extreme which I liked. The restaurant is super clean and the tables are supplied with everything you will need! I don't live close but willing to come back again soon!

Wow I didn't realize this place changed owner a year ago. It is brand new. Bright, clean, modern, and a very pleasant dinning experience. The owner is super friendly. The cheerful little robot brought me drink and veggies. I ordered the Jurassic pho. You see this in other cities but I'm glad they are doing it in Bakersfield. A big meat bone on top of the noodles. The broth is rich and flavorful. You pick up the bone like a caveman and go to town with it. It is both fun and satisfying. Highly recommend this place for pho lovers. I do plan to come back to try the rest of the menu!!!

As most of my pho excursions are based on, this visit was nothing different than an urge to satisfy a deep craving for something hot and soupy after a night of taking one too many shots. Saigon Bento is the closest to my house so away we go. This spot occupies the old Pho-Vy 2 restaurant. I never got the chance to try Saigon Bento when it first opened at their old location. The restaurant is spacious and immediately you're eyes are drawn to the left where they have a groovy couch for when waiting for your boba or take out orders. We sat where we liked and immediately, the owner came to greet us with the menus. We opted for the grilled beef and shrimp vermicelli bowl and the pho with the inconspicuous beef bone. The broth was good and aromatic but my only gripe was the broth was not hot enough. It was lukewarm before it got to our table and possible because it was delivered to us by the robot. So imagine my slight disappointment with my need only being half met. The vermicelli bowl was good and passed my test.

Idk if it was just the long drive from Vegas or it being the only well-Yelp-reviewed restaurant otw home but food was bomb! Having enjoyed multiple Vietnamese restaurants in San Jose, I believe this Vietnamese joint at the middle of Bakersfield is on point with its menu. Their menu is small enough to have delicious options yet varied enough to satisfy different cravings. Apart from the egg rolls I wished to be crunchier, my vermicelli combo was very satisfying and my girlfriend's jurassic pho was quite hearty. The garlic noodle bowl with grilled chicken was slightly on the charred end for me but my brother liked it. I think it's quite clever of them to have garlic noodle bentos/bowls! Considering the location and the proximity of other Viet restaurants, 5 stars! Oh and they have boba too! Only got the passionfruit limeade tho but it slaps! Like quite literally with the tang haha. I do think they need to work on sit in service cause being partially a boba shop, some things are either offered by the server or available for self service. With the intention of sitting in, ended up pre-paying at the counter versus other customers offered a menu to pay later. Still - 100% would recommend as a stopover back to the Bay Area from Vegas!
